Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience high order volume or an item is out of stock, processing times may be delayed.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Aurora Offer is not responsible for these additional charges.
Customers are responsible for any fees applied once the package reaches their country.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work closely with shipping carriers, delays may happen due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The external packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
